Adding Clients

In the Clients tab search and select a Client first. The Client details will then bring up the Add Client, Edit Client and Delete Client buttons.

**The Add Client and Edit Client buttons will only be visible if you are a HowNow Online Administrator and don't have a Xero Practise Manager , WorkflowMax, Xero or CCH iFirm connection.

**The Delete button will only be visible if you are a HowNow Online Administrator.

Click on Add Client.

Enter the Client information as prompted to setup your new Client.

**Note: If you have a third party connection set up you will not be able to Add a contact via HowNow Online. Please do this via your third party software and wait for a synchronisation to happen which is every six hours from midnight UTC.
